Square vacuum chamber technical performance:
Material: 304 stainless steel or customer specified material.
The applicable temperature range of the cavity is -190°C~+1500°C (cooling is required).
Sealing method: fluorine rubber "O" ring or metal oxygen-free copper sealing ring.
Factory inspection items:
1. Vacuum leak rate detection: Standard detection leak rate: 1.3*10-8PaL/S.
2. water-cooled water pressure test: standard test pressure: 8 kg 24 hours without leakage detection.
Internal and external surface treatment:
Wire drawing polishing treatment, sand blasting electrolytic treatment, pickling treatment, electrolytic polishing treatment and mirror polishing treatment.
